According to The Bookseller, admission to the sale of a new strategy for Total War: Rome 2, which is created by The Creative Assembly, will take place only after a year. This information voiced one of the UK's largest book publishers Pan Macmillan, has gained the rights to release the four original books based on Total War: Rome 2. The first book, according to a publisher Jeremy Trevatana, will be released in October 2013, together with the global release of Total War: Rome 2. Author of books by David Gibbins will work closely with The Creative Assembly, and Pan Macmillan and SEGA are going to organize joint marketing campaigns and even advertise the book in the game.
